Led 14+ ICs across three cross-functional squads and two teams. Delivered agentic systems combining semantic and lexical search, intent routing, responsible large-scale crawling, and automated omnichannel responses, making AI a core revenue-driving capability.
Engineering Manager, Natural Language Interfaces. Founded and scaled a GenAI org from 0 to 10+ engineers across two teams. Hired and developed team leads, coached senior engineers to Staff, and seeded what became Klaviyo’s Marketing and Customer Agents through production-grade content generation and support automation.
Engineering Manager, Merchandising. Led a full-stack, ML-heavy team owning recommender systems that generated billions of recommendations during BFCM and sat on the critical path of the email rendering pipeline. Built large-scale attribution systems on Kafka, Hudi, and Spark.
Led 12 ML Engineers across Payments and Risk. Shipped Shopify Protect, free fraud protection on Shop Pay for millions of merchants.
Led DS, ML, and Data Engineering for a digital banking platform. Grew the team from 2 to 8. Built fraud, risk, and customer analytics models.
